The TTC Performance V160 adapter arrived this week as promised. Eric at TTC Performance is a friendly and knowledgeable person and the craftsmanship of this adapter cannot be matched anywhere else. It is well worth the money spent and I cannot wait to get it bolted on. I just need a clutch kit and Soarer R154 bellhousing now to mate up the 1UZ-FE and R154!

Hey, looking at your site I am going to be doing the same swap except an automatic into an 87 supra turbo. Let me know what turns out about engine mounts.

The automatic swap is definitely easier since the 1UZ-FE was originally mounted to an automatic. cjsupra90 from Supramania and Lextreme already has the jigs set up to make the mounts for the people doing the swap and sticking with an automatic. Hit him up to see if he can fab a pair for you.
